YOUR ACCOUNT |

Opening a Forte account will allow
you to purchase any item we have in our catalogue, either by
using our online ordering service, or placing an order via phone,
fax or email. To open a Forte account please download the application
form, fill it in (please remember to sign it), and send it back
to us via post, fax or email - see details below.

FORMAT
Once we have received your application form, you will be notified
regarding the success of your application within 24 hours (excluding
weekends).
Once your application has been approved you will be given a
credit limit and an online username and password. Without an
active username and password you will be able to browse the
site, although some information will be withheld for users only.
